What we handle

One crew for the whole storm

Lots and drives cleared on your trigger depths, with routes and equipment assigned before the season starts.

Commercial properties where a slippery lot or an undocumented sidewalk is a liability, not an inconvenience.

Winter operations

Planned before the storm, documented after it

Two operating programs define how winter service runs. What each includes — and what it does not promise — is written into your service agreement.

Pre-Storm Protocol™

Winter storms are planned before the first flake, not improvised during them.

Before forecasted events, routes are confirmed, equipment is staged, and your property's priority zones are reviewed. You receive communication before, during, and after the storm.

24/7 Direct Line™

You reach the people responsible for your property, not a voicemail tree.

Active clients get a direct contact path for urgent property issues, including storm events. What this line covers and how it is staffed is confirmed in your service agreement.

Project photography

Real Terravian winter operations photography is on the way — these slots are marked coming soon until it publishes.

Questions

Answered before you ask

Straight answers on scope, process, and documentation — the same terms that go into your service agreement.

  1. How is our property handled during a storm?

According to your storm plan: plow routes, sidewalk scope, priority zones, and treatment plans are defined before winter, and each event is executed against that plan rather than figured out at 3 a.m.

  2. Do you guarantee response times?

We do not advertise response-time guarantees. What we commit to is a defined storm plan, staged equipment, documented service, and communication through every event — the terms of your service are defined in your agreement.

  3. What documentation do we receive after an event?

Conditions and completed service are documented per event. The purpose is a record of conditions and work performed — documentation of conditions, not promises of outcomes — which is exactly what a liability defense file needs.

  4. Are sidewalks included in snow service?

Sidewalk clearing is part of the scope you define in your agreement. Which walks, which priority, and which treatment are all specified per property before the season.

  5. How do we reach you during a storm?

Through the 24/7 Direct Line program — a defined channel for storm events, so you are never leaving a voicemail into the void while it is snowing.
